Description
OverviewRecombinant, mouse epiregulin expressed in E. coli with an N-terminal methionine. Epiregulin is shown to inhibit epithelial tumor growth, able to stimulate growth of fibroblasts and other cell types, and has been shown to be an autocrine growth factor in human epidermal keratinocytes.
