Tips for Entering a Catalog Number

Due to the large number of products available finding COAs using catalog numbers can be sometimes complex.

If the Catalog Number is 10 digits try entering all 10 digits. If that does not return a COA try entering only the first six digits of the number.

Some catalog numbers have dots or dashes within the number. Try entering the number with the dots or dashes first. If this does not return a COA then try leaving these characters out. Please note that catalog numbers with dashes sometimes need to be entered without the last dash and last group of numbers.

In some cases, a COA may not be available on-line. If your search was unable to find the COA please contact customer service
