EMD Millipore Named 53rd on the Boston Business Journal’s List of Top Charitable Contributors

September 12, 2012, Billerica, MA — EMD Millipore, the Life Science division of Merck KGaA, Darmstadt, Germany was ranked number 53 on the Boston Business Journal’s List of 2012 Top Charitable Contributors.

  • Why: The EMD Millipore Giving Program was ranked 53 on the Boston Business Journal’s List of Top Charitable Contributors. The Top Charitable Contributors- defined by the BBJ as organizations that donated $50,000 or more to local non-profits in 2011- were honored at the Corporate Citizenship Summit on September 12.  In 2011, EMD Millipore donated $338,495 to Massachusetts non-profits through grants and sponsorships.
