Efficient removal of albumin from human serum samples
Human plasma (35 ml) was processed with ProteoExtract® Albumin Removal Kit. From each fraction, 15 mg protein was separated on SDS-PAGE and visualized by Coomassie™ blue staining. Densitometric analysis of stained bands demonstrated that more than 80% of albumin was removed from the serum using the ProteoExtract® Albumin Removal Kit.

Efficient and reproducible removal of albumin and IgG from serum samples
Using the ProteoExtract® Albumin/IgG Removal Kit, 35 mL human serum was processed, analyzed on 10% SDS-PAGE, and visualized by Coomassie™ blue staining. Densitometric analysis of stained bands of the eluate (E) fractions demonstrates that 88% ±5% albumin and 90% ±4% immunoglobulin are removed from the crude serum (S) using the ProteoExtract® Albumin/IgG Removal Kit.
