MICA antibody was raised against a 16 amino acid synthetic peptide from near the carboxy terminus of human MICA.

Western Blotting Analysis (WB): 1 μg/mL of this antibody detected MICA in A-20 cell lysate.

~46 kDa observed. Uncharacterized bands may be observed in some lysate(s).
