Specificity

Clone HMB-45 is a mouse monoclonal antibody that detects human Melanocyte protein PMEL.

Application

Immunohistochemistry (Paraffin) Analysis: A 1:250 dilution from a representative lot detected PMEL in human melanoma tissue sections.
