-Phospho-specific and total MAPmate™ pairs, e.g. total GSK3β and GSK3β (Ser 9)
-PanTyr and site-specific MAPmates™, e.g. Phospho-EGF Receptor and phospho-STAT1 (Tyr701)
-More than 1 phospho-MAPmate™ for a single target (Akt, STAT3)
-GAPDH and β-Tubulin cannot be plexed with kits or MAPmates™ containing panTyr
.

Custom Premix Selecting "Custom Premix" option means that all of the beads you have chosen will be premixed in manufacturing before the kit is sent to you.

NG2 is a large integral membrane chondroitin sulfate proteoglycan. It is found on the surfaces of an unusual class of glial cells within the developing and mature CNS that have the properties of oligodendrocyte precursor cells. NG2 is also found on the surfaces of chondroblasts, proliferating capillary endothelial cells, some human melanoma cell lines, and on leukemic blasts in childhood acute lymphoblastic leukemia. The NG2 proteoglycan plays a role in regulation of cell motility, axon outgrowth and the cellular responses to platelet-derived growth factor.More>>
