Our broad portfolio consists of multiplex panels that allow you to choose, within the panel, analytes that best meet your needs. On a separate tab you can choose the premixed cytokine format or a single plex kit.
Cell Signaling Kits & MAPmates™
Choose fixed kits that allow you to explore entire pathways or processes. Or design your own kits by choosing single plex MAPmates™, following the provided guidelines.
The following MAPmates™ should not be plexed together:
-MAPmates™ that require a different assay buffer
-Phospho-specific and total MAPmate™ pairs, e.g. total GSK3β and GSK3β (Ser 9)
-PanTyr and site-specific MAPmates™, e.g. Phospho-EGF Receptor and phospho-STAT1 (Tyr701)
-More than 1 phospho-MAPmate™ for a single target (Akt, STAT3)
-GAPDH and β-Tubulin cannot be plexed with kits or MAPmates™ containing panTyr

Select A Species, Panel Type, Kit or Sample Type
To begin designing your MILLIPLEX® MAP kit select a species, a panel type or kit of interest.
Custom Premix Selecting "Custom Premix" option means that all of the beads you have chosen will be premixed in manufacturing before the kit is sent to you.
If you have chosen panel analytes and then choose a premix or single plex kit, you will lose that customization.

Apoptosis is the ability of tumor cells to elude programmed cell death. Antibodies and Assays are used in many steps of the apoptosis pathway such as: The detection process.
Muse kits were designed to help researchers not only detect and quantify apoptosis, but to also characterize it by examining phosphatidylserine translocation, mitochondrial membrane potential (??m), and caspase activation.
Apoptosis assay chart provides a wide range of assays and reagents that helps uncover apoptosis mechanisms and possible ways to induce apoptosis in tumor cells for therapeutic benefit.
Muse kits were designed to help researchers not only detect and quantify apoptosis, but to also characterize it by examining phosphatidylserine translocation, mitochondrial membrane potential (??m), and caspase activation.
The apoptotic index of samples can be measured in a quantitative manner using automated morphological characterization on the ImageStream based on texture and bright, punctate nuclear imagery. Autophagy is quantified on the ImageStream by automated spot counting of LC3 clusters.
Parameters of cell health include apoptosis, oxidative stress, mitochondrial health, DNA integrity, and cell cycle profile. FlowCellect Kits enables an easier and accurate studies of cell cycle and cell populations.
Antibodies and assays are offered with breadth and depth in major research areas: Neuroscience, Epigenetics, Cell Signaling, Cancer and Cell Structure, backed by excellent service and support.
Neurotrophic factors support different neuronal populations within the central and peripheral nervous systems. They include Nerve Growth Factor (NGF), Brain Derived Neurotrophic Factor (BDNF), Neurotrophin-3 (NT3) and Neurotrophin- 4/5 (NT4/5).
Angiogenesis is the process of generating new capillary blood vessels. Our Antibodies can help you study Angiogenesis, whether you want to induce blood vessel proliferation, or inhibit new formation of vessels.
Caspase detection antibodies and assays are used to help detect and study caspase activation in Apoptotic cells via immunoprecipitation and immunoblotting techniques.
