Specificity

Clone 7G9 is a mouse monoclonal antibody that detects human complement receptor 1 (CR1). it binds to long homologous repeats (LHR) A,B,C of CR1.

Flow Cytometry Analysis: 1 µg of this antibody detected Complement receptor 1 in one million TF-1 cells.
