Our broad portfolio consists of multiplex panels that allow you to choose, within the panel, analytes that best meet your needs. On a separate tab you can choose the premixed cytokine format or a single plex kit.
Cell Signaling Kits & MAPmates™
Choose fixed kits that allow you to explore entire pathways or processes. Or design your own kits by choosing single plex MAPmates™, following the provided guidelines.
The following MAPmates™ should not be plexed together:
-MAPmates™ that require a different assay buffer
-Phospho-specific and total MAPmate™ pairs, e.g. total GSK3β and GSK3β (Ser 9)
-PanTyr and site-specific MAPmates™, e.g. Phospho-EGF Receptor and phospho-STAT1 (Tyr701)
-More than 1 phospho-MAPmate™ for a single target (Akt, STAT3)
-GAPDH and β-Tubulin cannot be plexed with kits or MAPmates™ containing panTyr

Select A Species, Panel Type, Kit or Sample Type
To begin designing your MILLIPLEX® MAP kit select a species, a panel type or kit of interest.
Custom Premix Selecting "Custom Premix" option means that all of the beads you have chosen will be premixed in manufacturing before the kit is sent to you.
If you have chosen panel analytes and then choose a premix or single plex kit, you will lose that customization.

The amount-of-substance concentration of this volumetric solution is analyzed by our quality control laboratory of KGaA, Darmstadt, Germany according to DIN EN ISO/IEC 17025. The concentration is determined by volumetric titration and refers to 20°C. The amount-of-substance concentration of this volumetric solution is traceable to a primary standard reference material (SRM) from the National Institute of Standards and Technology, Gaithersburg, USA (NIST SRM 723 Tris(hydroxymethyl)aminomethane) by means of volumetric standard Tris(hydroxymethyl)aminomethane (article number 1.02408), certified reference material according to ISO 17034, analyzed by our accredited calibration laboratory of KGaA, Darmstadt, Germany according to DIN EN ISO/IEC 17025. The uncertainty is expressed as expanded measurement uncertainty with a coverage factor k=2 covering a confidence level of 95%. Note: The titer is a correction factor to correct for variations of the volumetric solution, the titration equipment, the temperature and other laboratory conditions. For correct titration results it is recommended to determine a titer with the laboratory specific equipment and under laboratory specific conditions directly after opening a new bottle and at regular time intervals.
