SCF stimulates the proliferation of myeloid, erythroid, and lymphoid progenitors in bone marrow cultures and has been shown to act synergistically with colony stimulating factors. Recombinant human SCF is an 18.4 kDa protein containing 165 amino acid residues corresponding to the soluble secreted form of SCF.

Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
