Chemicals subject to import regulations of the Government of Canada.
This list includes potassium permanganate, acetic anhydride, piperidine and chemical solutions or mixtures containing these materials such as capping reagents used in oligonucleotide synthesis.
A Class A import permit from the Office of Controlled Substances in the federal department of Health Canada is required. This restriction applies only to customers importing this material into Canada. These permits are valid for only one (1) shipment. The attached letter explains how to obtain this required permit.
