Chemicals subject to control by the US Department of Justice and the Drug Enforcement Administration

This list includes gamma butyrolactone, piperidine, hydriodic acid, iodine, red phosphorus, hypophosphorus acid and methylamine as well as chemical solutions or mixtures containing these materials such as various reagents for Karl Fischer water analysis.

An authorized individual at your facility who is responsible for the use and security of these materials should complete and sign the attached DEA Authorized Purchaser form. If your facility is currently registered with the DEA please include your DEA registration number(s). The form will be valid for one (1) year from the date of completion.

Customers purchasing DEA list 1 products for further distribution and sale need to have a current signed Distributor Agreement with EMD Millipore Corp and complete the attached "DEA Listed Chemical Distributor Qualification Form". In addition a copy of your DEA "Domestic Chemical Diversion Control Registration Certificate" must be submitted with your signed EMD Millipore form. The form will be valid for one (1) year from the date of completion.
