Our broad portfolio consists of multiplex panels that allow you to choose, within the panel, analytes that best meet your needs. On a separate tab you can choose the premixed cytokine format or a single plex kit.
Cell Signaling Kits & MAPmates™
Choose fixed kits that allow you to explore entire pathways or processes. Or design your own kits by choosing single plex MAPmates™, following the provided guidelines.
The following MAPmates™ should not be plexed together:
-MAPmates™ that require a different assay buffer
-Phospho-specific and total MAPmate™ pairs, e.g. total GSK3β and GSK3β (Ser 9)
-PanTyr and site-specific MAPmates™, e.g. Phospho-EGF Receptor and phospho-STAT1 (Tyr701)
-More than 1 phospho-MAPmate™ for a single target (Akt, STAT3)
-GAPDH and β-Tubulin cannot be plexed with kits or MAPmates™ containing panTyr

Select A Species, Panel Type, Kit or Sample Type
To begin designing your MILLIPLEX® MAP kit select a species, a panel type or kit of interest.
Custom Premix Selecting "Custom Premix" option means that all of the beads you have chosen will be premixed in manufacturing before the kit is sent to you.
If you have chosen panel analytes and then choose a premix or single plex kit, you will lose that customization.

Neurodegenerative diseases are characterized by deterioration of neurons or their myelin sheath, disrupting transmission of sensory information, movement control, and more.
Cellular metabolism is the process by which cells convert biochemical energy into ATP, using multiple pathways, including glycolysis, fatty acid oxidation, the Krebs cycle, and oxidative phosphorylation.
The Hallmarks of Aging are rigorously researched phenomena that directly influence aging. Aging is the primary risk factor for major human pathologies, including cancer, diabetes, cardiovascular disorders, and neurodegenerative diseases. The 9 hallmarks include Genomic instability, Telomere attrition, Epigenetic alterations, Loss of proteostasis, Deregulated nutrient sensing, Mitochondrial dysfunction, Cellular senescence, Stem cell exhaustion, Altered intercellular communication.
A number of important diseases seem to involve dysfunction in the 3-dimensional structure of specific cellular proteins. Antibodies that target specific 3 dimensional conformations are extremely valuable in understanding disease states and etiology. These antibodies can be made in a variety of methods, but are not easy to make. EMD Millipore provides a number of these conformation specific antibodies for neurodegenerative and cancer disease research.
Lead discovery kinases & phosphatases groups are post-translational modifications that regulate many disease states, including cancer, neurodegenerative diseases, diabetes, pain, autoimmunity, and cardiovascular diseases.
We have been commited to creating a validated collection of neuroscience antibodies and assays for studying development, differentiation, and disorders in the nervous system
Driven by a desire to improve human health for all, we are building a network of discovery - creating connections, scientists-to-scientists and sharing insights, ideas and expertise with the goal of advancing neuroscience research.
