With the extension of digital capabilities to Milli-Q® IQ and Milli-Q® IX series systems, MilliporeSigma continues to set new standards in customer care and is at the forefront of digital innovation in customer service.
MyMilli-Q™ Remote Care is an online monitoring and service capability that helps scientists manage their lab water systems remotely. Expansion to benchtop systems is aimed at providing maximum lab productivity with remote diagnostics and assistance. The online service portal allows scientists to monitor lab performance with system notifications and remote access. It also simplifies data traceability, as well as audits and lab accreditation processes.
By activating MyMilli-Q™ Remote Care, customers will benefit from:
- Automatic notifications by email or SMS, allowing quick action to manage issues
- Remote system diagnostics and the potential for repair from off-site Milli-Q® service technicians, avoiding the need for a service visit
