Our Diffusion Chambers have long been recognized as a valuable in vivo research tool for critical in vivo studies. Diffusion chambers are proven devices for studying immunology, tissue growth, and organ transplants. They can be used with suspended cells or minced or whole tissue. Our diffusion chambers permit the growth of transplanted cells or tissue, while allowing nourishment by body fluids. Our wide selection of membrane pore sizes enables the user to manipulate the access of macromolecules and non-resident cells to effectively inhibit antigenic reaction or rejection. The kit comes with membrane disc, glue, and Plexiglas® chamber ring.
