We apologize for the inconvenience, but we do not currently have an alternative product.

Native RNase T1 from Aspergillus oryzae. Guanylate-specific ribonuclease that hydrolyzes the 3′-phosphate of guanylate residues in polynucleotides. Guanosine-3′-phosphates and oligonucleotides with guanosine-3′-phosphate terminal groups are the final products. Note: 1 TU = 1000 units.

      SynonymsRibonuclease T₁
DescriptionNative RNase T1 from Aspergillus oryzae. Ribonuclease that cleaves the phosphodiester bond between the 3'-phosphate of guanylate residues and the 5'-hydroxy group of the adjacent nucleotide. The reaction, which involves the formation of 2'3'-cyclic guanylate intermediate, splits RNA into 3'-GMP and oligonucleo-tides with a terminal 3'-GMP.
