Our broad portfolio consists of multiplex panels that allow you to choose, within the panel, analytes that best meet your needs. On a separate tab you can choose the premixed cytokine format or a single plex kit.
Cell Signaling Kits & MAPmates™
Choose fixed kits that allow you to explore entire pathways or processes. Or design your own kits by choosing single plex MAPmates™, following the provided guidelines.
The following MAPmates™ should not be plexed together:
-MAPmates™ that require a different assay buffer
-Phospho-specific and total MAPmate™ pairs, e.g. total GSK3β and GSK3β (Ser 9)
-PanTyr and site-specific MAPmates™, e.g. Phospho-EGF Receptor and phospho-STAT1 (Tyr701)
-More than 1 phospho-MAPmate™ for a single target (Akt, STAT3)
-GAPDH and β-Tubulin cannot be plexed with kits or MAPmates™ containing panTyr

Select A Species, Panel Type, Kit or Sample Type
To begin designing your MILLIPLEX® MAP kit select a species, a panel type or kit of interest.
Custom Premix Selecting "Custom Premix" option means that all of the beads you have chosen will be premixed in manufacturing before the kit is sent to you.
If you have chosen panel analytes and then choose a premix or single plex kit, you will lose that customization.

Our bioreactor-based manufacturing platform will allow you to produce a consistent and reproducible supply of stem cells in an efficient and cost-effective way.
The Muse cell analyzer Assays have been developed to provide robust performance. Spend less time with experimental setup, avoid reagent waste and save money.
Cytoskeletal signaling complexes include G-protein complexes, focal adhesions, and adherens junctions. Focal adhesions and adherens junctions link the cell exterior to the plasma membrane and the actin cytoskeleton, acting as key initiators of signaling pathways in response to cell adhesion.
We offer a selection of assay kits and antibodies to measure acetylation and deacetylation activity, helping to elucidate the relationship between chromatin modification pathways and gene regulation.
The ImageStream combines high speed multispectral image acquisition and automated image analysis to allow identification of the morphologically distinguishable phases of mitosis as well as localization of molecules of interest during each phase of the cellcycle.
Our tools for studying ubiquitination will help you understand the biological role and importance of the ubiquitin-proteasome pathway that has been implicated in several forms of malignancy and in the pathogenesis of several genetic diseases.
Confidence in your experimental results starts with knowing the upstream health status of your cells. For any researchers working with cultured or primary cells, confidence in experimental results begins with knowing cell health status.
Cytoplasmic signaling proteins play crucial roles in cellcycle, targeted proteolysis, protein trafficking, cytoskeletal organization, and gene expression.
At MilliporeSigma, we have the advantage of having an entire cell analysis technology development team in-house. To support our multi-step, multi=application validation process, we have a tissue and blot library with over 1300 lysates, allowing us to precisely determine each antibody's specificity. We can obtain accurate data faster and accurately using confocal microscopes and high-throughput IHC instruments. Before releasing the antibody to manufacturing, we ensure that our antibodies meet our strictest specifications. Only antibodies that pass our stringent review are made available to customers. Once produced and released for sale, we support customers' research efforts with a highly specialized team of technical support scientists and field engineers.
