      Description
OverviewA benzisoxazole derivative that acts as an antiepileptic agent and is shown to block voltage-dependent Na(+) channels and T-type Ca(2+) channels. However, it does not serve as anticonvulsant agent in chemically induced seizures in flurothyl and pentetrazole models. Acts as an inhibitor of monoamine oxidase B (MAO-B; IC50 = 24.8 µM). Displays neurprotective properties.

Please note that the molecular weight for this compound is batch-specific due to variable water content.
